We have a FINAL SALE policy, which means we do not accept returned items once they have been purchased. This policy has been set in place as a safety precaution due to Covid-19.

Exceptions / Damaged items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. In the event that you are unsatisfied with your order, please reach out to our team so that we can evaluate the issue and work towards a solution to make it right!

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to.

Unfortunately, we do not issue returns on sale items or gift cards.
